At Manor Kingdom, providing our customers with an excellent service is paramount.

Each region in our business has a dedicated Customer Service Department. Our staff are highly trained in order that they can address any questions or issues that you may have with your new home.

Your two year Manor Kingdom warranty provides you with cover for any defects, faulty component parts or issues caused by defective workmanship which may arise.

Approximately six weeks after you move in to your home, we will ask you to participate in our customer satisfaction phone survey. Your feedback is critical to us and allows us to continually review and improve our customer service.
