What does this mean?
Completing the reservation form is the first step to securing your new Manor Kingdom home.
This confirms your details, the house type, price, plot number and reservation period and also secures your home provided you proceed to contract within the agreed timescale. Please note that the fee you have already paid at reservation will be deducted from the total cost of your new home.
At this stage, you will have been given your 'Manor Kingdom Home Information File'. This is designed as a helpful aid and can be used for all relevant forms.
When your legal documents missive is concluded, you will be given your 'Manor Kingdom Information File' as a helpful aid and details of the formal appointments you will be required to attend:
- You will have attended your 1st meeting to discuss information regarding entry dates, specification and to view working drawings.
- Meeting to discuss colour choices and optional extras etc - (within 14/21 days from reservation).
- At the appropriate build stage of your new home, an appointment to view it will be made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday) - subject to health and safety approval.
- The demonstration/familiarisation of your new home. (see step 7)
- The handover of your new home.
